ISLAMABAD: Hasnain Brohi, an Inland Revenue Service officer of BS-19, has been punished for inefficiency and misconduct.
According to the Board’s notification, on account of imposition of minor penalty of withholding of one annual increment for a period of two years was imposed on the said officer, who is currently posted as Additional Commissioner, Regional Tax Office, Sukkur.
The competent authority, in light of para 7 of Guidelines for Performance Allowance 2015, also discontinued the performance allowance of officer for a period of six months with effect from May 20, 2015 to November 19, 2015. After six months, the officer will have to appear again for fresh selection for grant of performance allowance.
