NEW YORK: Facebook latest update to messenger application facilitates users to publicly see shared biographical information, like their current city and job title at the top of message threads from people they have never chatted with.
According to TechCrunch, the update has been launched on iOS Android in the US, UK, France and India.
The messenger will display the information about the sender as well as existing Facebook friends. The new update seems to fill the gap that LinkedIn and other social networking sites seem to lag on their mobile applications.
