Customs Court hears 33 cases on Monday

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 33 different cases on Monday and adjourned all of them.

The cases, including those of tax evasion, customs, smuggling and narcotics, were scheduled for the day’s hearing, in which the judge issued specific directions to the parties for further proceedings.

The cases of bail before arrest of accused Nawab Gul, Nadeem Khan, Haji Madad Khan, Muhammad Anayat and Adnan Ahmad were also heard.

Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Judge Nazeer Ahmad Gajana adjourned all the cases until the next hearings.
