LSE approves Ghani Global Glass’ listing application

LAHORE: After completion of all formalities required under the Listing Regulations, the Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has accepted the application of Ghani Global Glass Ltd for formal listing and quotation of shares.

According to a statement, Ghani Global Glass is being listed on the Exchange as a result of amalgamation/merger of Libaas Textile Ltd (a listed company of the exchange) with and into Ghani Global Glass Ltd under a scheme of amalgamation/merger sanctioned by the Lahore High Court, Lahore.
