The King was addressing presidents and members of the councils of Saudi chambers, CEOs and directors of banks, businessmen, senior officials of the ministries of commerce and industry and labor, as well as of the Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority, and Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency (SAMA) at Al-Salam Palace here on Wednesday.

King Salman advised businessmen to select a group among themselves to study matters related to investment with the ministers concerned.

“We are concerned with supporting you. You can study with ministers all matters that encourage you to invest in the Kingdom,” the King said.

He said investors come to the Kingdom from different parts of the world because they can profit by investing in the Kingdom.

The King said, “There is no interference in anyone’s personal affairs and his investments. There are regulations, the first of which is the Islamic system on which this country is based.

We do not accept what deviates from Islam. “The Holy Qur’an and the Prophet’s Sunnah are the best guidance for us.”
