Customs Court hears 51 cases on Saturday

LAHORE: The Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling heard 51 different cases on Saturday and adjourned all of them.

These cases include customs, smuggling and narcotics, were part for the day’s hearing. Cases of different types of tax evasion, duty evasion and mis-declaration were also part of the day’s schedule, in which the Judge issued specific directions to the concerned parties for further proceedings.

Number of bail before arrests cases and a bail after arrest case was also scheduled for the day which is adjourned till next hearing.

Special Judge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling Nazeer Ahmad Gajana ordered to adjourn all cases for next days.
