NEW YORK: A federal officer allegedly punched a woman because her son was misbehaving during a movie at the local Cinemark, Laredo police said.
Carlos Limon, 47, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. and charged with assault, a Class A misdemeanor punishable by up to one year in jail or a $4,000 fine.
Limon is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection officer who has been employed with CBP for 22 years. The alleged incident happened while he was off duty.
