WARSAW: WSE-listed Idea Bank, Getin Holding unit, is preparing PLN 500 million bond program, the bank said in draft resolutions to extraordinary general meeting on June 30.
The bank would issue the bonds to end-year. The bonds will have a fixed rate of up to 520 base points or a floating rate of WIBOR6M plus up to 330 bp.The bank state that this PLN 500 million bond program will be very benigdfiial for the bond buyers and the bank also.
