Shaban Khalid elected unopposed as ICCI president

ISLAMABAD: The office-bearers and executive members of Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industry (ICCI) have been elected unopposed in the annual elections for the year 2013-14.

Shaban Khalid has been elected as President, Khalid Mehmood Chaudhry and Mirza Muhammad Ali as Senior Vice President and Vice President respectively.

Moreover, Ejaz Ibrahim, Ammad Naveed, Mian Muhammad Ramzan, Umer Rafiq, Babar Aftab Qazi, Muzzammil Hussain Sabri, Muhammad Shamim, Naeem-ur-Rehman Piracha and Wajiha Habib were elected as Executive Members.

The final results will be announced on September, 30 in the Annual General Meeting of ICCI while the elected office-bearers will take charge on October 1. Nasir Khan, Abdul Ghaffar chaudhry and Muhammad Hussain performed duties as members of Election Commission.
