Customs value of sauces, salads, dressings, mayonnaise and mustard fixed

KARACHI: The Directorate General of Customs Valuation determined the Customs Values of Sauces, Salads, dressings, Mayonnaise and Mustard (retail and bulk packing) through Valuation Ruling No. 678/2014 under Section 25-A of the Customs Act, 1969.

As per details, Customs values of Sauces of  Nando’s in retail packing with PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1000, 2103.2000.1000 and 2103.9000.1000 from all origins have fixed at US$2.20per Kilogram.

The Customs values of Sauces of American Garden, Suree, Kikkoman, in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC are 2103.1000.1200, 2103.2000.12000 and 2103.9000.1200 from all origins have fixed at US$1.70per Kilogram.

The Customs values for brands Heinz, Magic Time, Omaz, Mama Sita, Delicio, in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1300, 2103.2000.1300 and 2103.9000.1300 from all origins have fixed at US$1.50per Kilogram.

The Customs values of Sauces of other brands in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1400, 2103.2000.1400 and 2103.9000.1400 from all origins have fixed at US$1.50per Kilogram.

Moreover, the Customs values of Salads. Dressings, Mayonnaise, Mustard of brand American Garden, Colman’s, French’s, in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1500, 2103.2000.1500 and 2103.9000.1500 from all origins have fixed at US$1.80per Kilogram.

The Customs values of Salad Dressings, Mayonnaise, Mustard of brand Heinz, Magic Time, Omaz, Mama Sita, Delicio, in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1600, 2103.2000.1600 and 2103.9000.1600 from all origins have fixed at US$1.60 per Kilogram.

The Customs values of Salad Dressings, Mayonnaise, and Mustard of other brands in retail packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1700, 2103.2000.1700 and 2103.9000.1700 from all origins have fixed at US$1.60per Kilogram.

The Customs values of Sauces, Salads,  Dressings, Mayonnaise and Mustard of various brands including French’s, Regal, Angela Mia, Hunts, Awards Cuisine, Roasarita, Louis, Franks, Michell, Lea & Perrins, La Choy, Primo Gusto, GFS, Catlmn, Heubln, Knorr, Bulleye, Chirad, Trail Blazer and MsSmith in bulk packing having PCT Code 2103.1000, 2103.2000 and 2103.9000 with proposed PCT for WeBOC 2103.1000.1700, 2103.2000.1700 and 2103.9000.1700 from all origins have fixed at US$1.40per Kilogram.
