Karachi traffic police to fine Rs150 to Bikers for not wearing helmet

KARACHI: Karachi traffic police is determined to fine the motorcyle riders if they avoid wearing helmet. The earlier announcement from the traffic police made it mandatory for the motorcycle rider as well as the pillion to wear helmet.

In case of failing to comply with the new regulation, a fine of Rs150 per violator will be imposed. In case of riding pillion without helmets, both will be fined, regardless of whether the pillion is a male or female.
