Norway total pipeline gas supplies to EU running at rate of 233mcm/day, down 3 mcm/d

OSLO: Norwegian gas exports to continental Europe were steady morning from the previous day while levels to Britain eased, data from gas system operator Gassco showed.

Total pipeline gas supplies to Europe were running at a rate of 233 million cubic metres per day (mcm/day) at 0630 GMT, down 3 mcm from Monday, including a 2 mcm reduction to Britain.

Norway extended gas field maintenance, which is reducing production capacity by 37 mcm/day, until June 11 from Jun 9, Gassco said on Monday evening.

The following table shows Norwegian gas pipeline flows measured in mcm/day and changes from the previous session’s delivered volumes:
