LAGOS: Villagers offloading over 10,000 bags of rice allegedly recovered from a 20 man gang of suspected smugglers at Gbaji in Badagry Local Government Area of Lagos by a team of custom operatives attached to the Federal Operations Unit (FOU), Zone A, Ikeja.
The recovered items were being smuggled into Nigeria from neighbouring Benin Republic.
Efforts is ongoing to arresting the fleeing members of the gang.
