ISLAMABAD: Muhammad Umar Farooq, an Inland Revenue Service officer, on his promotion to BS-20, has assumed the charge of the post of Commissioner Inland Revenue (BS-20), (IP/TFD) Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi.
