‘Asir-e-Siyad’: Ayyan Ali writing memoir in jail

RAWALPINDI: Money laundering scandal-hit supermodel Ayyan Ali is writing her autobiography inside the jail to describe the ‘most difficult days’ of her life.

Ayyan has already completed 70 pages of her autobiography, which gives account of her time in jail and court, interaction with the jail staff and inmates, the dresses and make-up she purchased for appearing before the customs court.

The supermodel has also expressed her intention to purchase the police van transporting her to and from jail. Her memoir will have 21 chapters, out of which Ali has wrote down first four chapters that give details of the senior police and jail officials, inmates and her life outside the jail. Asir-e-Siyad (in captivity) will likely to be the title of the book.
