BUDAPEST: Food industry company Bábolna Élelmiszeripari spent HUF 577 mln to develop new products at its plant in Törökszentmiklós, the company said on Friday.
Bábolna received a HUF 259.5 mln European Union and state grant for the project, which raised the number of workers at its plant by seven, to 27. The company developed deep-frozen poultry and pork products that can be prepared for meals with only a little heating.
