Customs Adjudication hears 22 cases on Thursday

ISLAMABAD: Model Customs Collectorate Adjudication Islamabad heard 21 different types of Anti-Smuggling cases on June 25, 2015.

According to details Model Customs Collectorate Deputy Collector Adjudication Court Islamabad has heard 21 different types of anti-smuggling including food, clothes, tea, auto parts, mobile phone cases in which Deputy Collector Adjudication Miss Kaukab Farooq reserved judgment on 9 cases and will issue ONO soon  while other 12 cases has adjourned till next day and ordered to the parties to submit the documentary proves in their defense.

Meanwhile Deputy Collector Adjudication Miss Kaukab Farooq issued a show cause notice to Muhammad Naeem who is a resident of Lahore who was  arrested at Benazir Bhutto International airport Islamabad while attempting to smuggle 170 mobile phones and other accessories.
