VALDOST: Bell grew up in Valdosta and said she understands the value of having a strong support system. A focused on the one on one mentoring relationship, India Bell opened Freckles Mentoring this year, saying she hopes to provide leadership and support to Valdosta’s youth.
“I decided to start this business in Lowndes County because I want to give back to the community that has given me so much,” Bell said. “Freckles Mentoring dedicates our services to youth ages 10-18 and provides them with the one-on-one attention that they need to keep them on a path to success. If they are going in the wrong direction, our experienced mentors will help steer them back on track.”
From mentoring and tutoring services to life coaching and school supervision, Freckles Mentoring helps to strengthen positive social skills among mentees, the owner explained.
