MCC-West surpasses Rs 217.383b revenue target of FY 2014-15

KARACHI: Model Customs Collectorate Appraisement-West, surpassed its revenue target of Rs 217.383 billion for the fiscal year 2014-15.

As per details collected by Customs Today, during the fiscal year 2014-15 the total customs duty collected stands at Rs 92.555 million against the target of Rs 97.746 billion with 95 percent achievement.

In sales tax the MCC-Appraisement-East collected Rs 100.727 billions against the target of Rs 83.772 billion with 120 percent achievement. In the sum of income tax the MCC-East collected Rs. 38.533 billions against the target of Rs. 34.395 billions with 112 percent achievement while it also collected Rs, 1.887 billions as federal excise duty (FED) against the target of Rs 1.469 billions with 128 percent achievement.

In overall performance the MCC-Appraisement-East collected total revenue of Rs 233.701 billions against the target of Rs. 217.383 billions with an outstanding achievement of 108 percent.
