ARKANSAS: Retirees have it good in the Twin Lakes Area, at least that’s what one recent study suggests after analyzing the area’s cost of living and estimated Social Security benefits.

The study’s results rank Baxter County No. 1 in Arkansas for places where people get the most out of their Social Security benefits. A New York based company called SmartAsset released its findings in June chamber of commerce.
