LAHORE: Special Court of Customs Taxation and Anti-Smuggling proceeded on 17 cases. The Special Court has adjourned many cases up to the next dates and issued necessary directions.
On Saturday, a number of cases were scheduled. Judge of Customs Taxation and Anti-Narcotics Court Lahore Nazeer Ahmad Gunjana adjourned many cases, including smuggling and taxation cases.
He adjourned the case because their parties were not present in the court. the court has also adjourned some cases because Customs intelligence and Investigation could not present complete challan of these cases.
On Saturday cases was scheduled on the date. While hearing other cases also adjourned to other days including smuggling, Customs and taxation cases.
