ASO team raided near Shoaib Bilal Market, Faisalabad and recovered 45 rolls of smuggled pile fabric and sofa cloth, 200 kilogram of Siemens’ cable and 13 pieces of tubeless tyres

The ASO staff asked the accused persons include Syed Naseer, Amjad Javaid and Umer Saeed to produce any documentary evidence showing the legal import and lawful possession of the said items. But, they could not comply with the order due to not having any such documents on which customs took the items into customs and issued notice to accused persons.

After a considerable passage of time no one appeared before the seizing agency to claim ownership of seized goods; however ASO confiscated the goods and sent report to adjudication for further legal action.
