ISLAMABAD: The Central Power Purchasing Agency (CPPA) has urged the National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (Nepra) to reduce tariff by Rs3.29 per unit.
The national power regulator may approve the request of CPPA at its hearing scheduled for July 16. The decrease in consumer prices is likely to come into effect under the head of fuel adjustment for the month of May, and would be applicable across Pakistan except for consumers of K-Electric.
