KARACHI: After continuously remaining in bullish trend, the Karachi Stock Exchange Monday started week with positive note as benchmark KSE-100 index added 384.33 points to reach 35496.62 points level.
The stock witnessed highest trading level at 35560.04 points and lowest level at 35010.83 points, with the total volume of 155,679,780 shares, having Rs10,672,186,177 value.
On Friday, the activity was dull at the shares market as investors remained apprehensive of further foreign selling. The KSE-100 Index declined by 34.84 points to close at 35112.29 points or 0.10pc. Traded volume decreased by 13pc to 316m shares, while traded value declined by 26pc to Rs10.8b/ $105m.
