Customs Appellate Tribunal hears 19 cases on Thursday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal heard 19 cases on Thursday. The Member Judicial Bench-II Omer Arshad Hakeem heard two cases one case was Collector Customs versus Assa complex, while the other case was  Surria Textile versus Customs Lahore.

While Member Technical Imran Tariq heard nine case these cases include Imtiaz Traders, Shafique Trader, Uni Tax versus Customs Lahore, Collector Customs Lahore versus Kakub ENT, Firdous Textile versus Collector Customs, Rahim Dad versus Director Lahore, Collector Customs Lahore versus Asim khan and Gaff international.
