Sales tax evasion: PRA seals beauty salon of Rabi Peerzada

LAHORE: Punjab Revenue Authority has sent many notices to famous singer, and actress  Rabi Peerzada for recovery of sales tax but after getting no response from Rabi Peerzada authorities decided to seal beauty salon owned by her.

According to sources, a famous beauty salon in Barkat Market Garden Town owned by actress and model Rabi Peerzada has sealed due to sales tax evasion. AC Punjab Sameera Ambreen said that Punjab Revenue Authority sent many notices to Rabi but she was not ready to pay sales tax ultimately department has sealed her saloon until she pay all outstanding taxes against her.

On the other hand Rabi Peerzada said that she has moved an application to Punjab Revenue Authority for the payment of sales and she is ready to pay tax by adopting legal way.

Punjab Revenue Authority has already sealed number of other beauty parlors in Barkat Market, Faisal Town and Model Town during current week including La belle, Ryan production and other beauty salons as well.
