Rs 350m embezzlement: Reference filed against KP former minister

PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Ehtesab Commission (KPEC) Monday filed Rs 350 million references in Ehtesab court against former KP Minister for Minerals Ziaullah Afridi, former Secretary and former Director General Minerals.

According to officials of KPEC, former minister Afridi, former Secretary, Mian Waheed ud Din and former Director General Minerals Dr. Liaquat Ali were allegedly involved in illegal appointments and misappropriations in allocation of tenders and contracts.
