SIALKOT: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in Gujranwala has achieved its Rs 13 billion official recovery target set for the fiscal year 2014-15.
According to senior FBR officials, the FBR had formulated as many as 20 special recovery teams, which achieved the said official target of Rs 13 billion in the shape of wealth tax, income tax, sales tax and other taxes.
Senior FBR officials awarded special prizes and appreciation certificates to the FBR officials concerned in Gujranwala region for their outstanding performance in the region’s all the six districts, including Sialkot, Narowal, Gujrat, Mandi Bahauddin, Hafizabad and Gujranwala.
