RTO-I suspends performance allowance of DC Faisal Chaudhary

LAHORE: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Regional Tax office-I (RTO-I), Lahore has suspended the performance allowance of Muhammad Faisal Chaudhary, Deputy Commissioner Inland Revenue in the office of RTO-I.

The performance allowance of the Muhammad Faisal Chaudahry has been stopped for six months from 15-7-2015 to onward under the Rule 4 (1)(a) (i) of government servant act (E&D) 1973.

According to the notification issued by the RTO-I, after the expiry of six months the said officer will appear for fresh selection.

The discontinuation of performance allowance has been made according to board notification 1528 IR II/2015 dated 15-07-2015 as minor penalty.

Regional Tax Office issued notice to chief commissioner Inland Revenue, State Bank, AGPR, DDO RTO, Bill clerk and other all relevant departments in this regard.
