ALABAMA: The Decatur Morgan County Chamber of Commerce’s director of leadership development resigned in late July to take a new position with Hartselle City Schools. Cory Wilbanks, who joined the Chamber in 2009, is now a career coach and senior guidance counselor at Hartselle High School.
In her previous position, Wilbanks managed membership recruitment, leadership programs and the coordination of the Commodore community ambassador program.”Our community and our area leaders are better because of the work Cory has done and continues to do in Morgan County, said Chamber President and CEO John Seymour.
Seymour said Wilbanks has “re written the book on what it means to be a leader as a young adult with her middle and high school programs.
