President promised to resolve problems of Sialkot exporters: SCCI

SIALKOT: Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) President Fazal Jillani has said that holding of a prestigious Best Achievement Awards distribution ceremony at Aiwan-e-Sadar Islamabad was a mega event , which encouraged a lot the Sialkot exporters. The event was a nation-wide acknowledgement of the meritorious services of Sialkot exporters , who had been playing a pivotal role in strengthening the national economy by boosting the national exports.

The SCCI president told newsmen that the Sialkot-based leading exporters’ meeting with President Mamnoon Hussain remained very positive and fruitful, as President Mamnoon Hussain  listened to the Sialkot exporters’ complaints. He assured the exporters that their problems would be solved. He also said that President Mamnoon’s appreciation has encouraged the Sialkot exporters a lot, besides, helping them to work with full devotion, dedication, encouragement, enthusiasm and complete peace of mind for boosting the nation exports.

President Mamnoon Hussain termed Sialkot jewel of the national economy, saying that Sialkot was an engine for boosting the national economy. He hailed the unique export culture of Sialkot.

He stated this while addressing the participants of a prestigious “Best Achievement Awards” distribution ceremony held at the President House Islamabad yesterday (Tuesday) under the auspices of Sialkot Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

President Mamnoon added that the Sialkot exporters had been playing their pivotal role in strengthening the national economy and boosting the national exporting by earning foreign exchange to the tune of US$ 1.8 billion annually.

President revealed that the government was fully aware of the prolonged perturbing problems of the business community and making all out sincere efforts for their amicable solution. He said that the government was also strengthening national economy and boosting the industrial structure, besides, striving to overcome the menace of the prolonged persisting energy crisis.

He said that the government’s effective policies would soon give an economical and political boost to the country, as the hectic efforts of the present government would also become fruitful soon.

He added that the economical stability was the priority of the present government through solving the energy crisis.

He said that the government would continue its economical development agenda by taking the business community into confidence, saying that economical agenda was helping in putting the country on the highway of economical stability.

He said that the present government’s effective and positive economical policies were helping in restoring the confidence of the national and foreign investors and these policies were now bearing fruits due to which national economy was moving ahead towards the goal of economical stability, saying the government was successfully implementing on several effective and positive economical policies and these policies were now bearing fruits.

President Mamnoon Hussain linked the national economical prosperity with the political stability and continuity of the economical and export development policies in the country. He narrated that the national economy was moving in the right direction towards the goal of political and economical stability, saying that the country needed the development of the human resources for the continuous economical growth as well.

He said that the national economy was recovering day by day, as the government was successfully injecting the fresh blood into the sick economy of Pakistan through the restoration of confidence of the national and foreign investors, in this regard.
