KIEV: Since the beginning of 2015/16 MY, and as of August 4, Ukraine exported 2.624 mln tonnes of grains, declared the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
In particular, wheat exports totaled 784 thsd tonnes, corn – 992 thsd tonnes, barley – 846 thsd tonnes, and other grains – 2 thsd tonnes.
According to the announcement, as of reporting date there were loaded nearly 276 thsd tonnes of grains to the vessels, according to APK.
Thus, the general volume of exported and prepared for exports grains reached 2.9 mln tonnes (including 978 thsd tonnes of wheat, 921 thsd tonnes of barley, 999 thsd tonnes of corn).
