MANILA: Three suspected drug pushers were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Barangay Sta. Teresita, Quezon City Monday morning.
The suspects were identified as Jamel Ismael , Romnick Rega at Mujiv Abdul Hamed,
Chief Insp. Enrico Figueroa, chief of the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), said police seized an estimated P1.5 million worth of shabu from the suspects.
The initial transaction with police assets, Figueroa said, only involved 50 grams of shabu worth P75,000. However, the buy-bust operation conducted on Kanlaon St. yielded a kilogram of shabu.
The suspects were already brought to Camp Karingal for further investigation.
