WASHINGTON: Bristol Mall will be sold to the highest bidder at a foreclosure auction. Attorneys from the Law Offices of Blankenship and Keith are handling the proceedings. Interested parties must have a $1 million deposit in hand at the auction. Bristol Chamber of Commerce President Beth Rhinehart said the auction is an opportunity for someone to rejuvenate the shopping center.

I think it would be great if we could get an organization in here an individual who wants to reinvest in the mall and really see it back to life, so I think the auction that’s upcoming has the opportunity to provide that, said Rhinehart.
