Lahore Customs Tribunal heard ten cases on Monday

LAHORE: Customs Appellate Tribunal Lahore heard 10 cases on Monday and adjourned all the cases for the next hearing after hearing the arguments of both parties.

Ghulam Murtaza bhatti, Member Judicial of bench-I, heard two cases including Hawk Traders versus Customs Lahore and Impex versus Customs Lahore.

However, the bench-I comprising Khawja Omer Mehdi, Member Technical and Ghulam Murtaza Bhatti, Member Judicial heard three cases including Infomax versus Customs Lahore, Mian Tahir Shah versus Customs Lahore, Mian Liaqat Ali versus Customs Lahore.

Omer Arshad Hakeem, Member Judicial bench-II heard four cases Salman Nuaman Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, Paradise Enterprises versus Customs Lahore, another case of Paradise versus Customs Lahore and Uni Tax versus Customs Lahore.
