LAHORE: A five-member deleagation of Turkish investors and government officials have visited the Punjab Board of Investment and Trade (PBIT) and also called on Punjab Minister for Industries Choudhary Muhammad Shafique.
The delegation, comprised of Economic Research Foundation Turkey President Prof Dr Ahmet Incekara, Secretary General Nahit Ozen, Consul General of Turkey Rashid Mansur, Social Media Manager Bilal Sheikh and PTBC President Bashir Baksh.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the modalities of the proposed symposium on improving economic relations between Turkey and Pakistan in Lahore on November this year.
The aim of this project is to carry out economic and social research to enhance the economic cooperation and to create awareness between Turkey and Pakistan regarding various investment opportunities.
