KARACHI: Newly-elected President of Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP) Rafiq Salman has said that  rice export is nothing less than a challenge due to sit-ins, electricity crisis and the worst law and order situation in the country.

Talking to the media on Friday, he said vision 2015 vis-a-vis rice exports would be announced and the finance, trade and agriculture ministries would be consulted so that rice export can be maximised. He said his association would play its due role to resolve problems faced by rice exporters and would come up to the expectations of REAP members.
