Salim assumes charge as Chief Commissioner-IR, Dr Shafqat as Commissioner

ISLAMABAD: Salim Raza Asif, an Inland Revenue Service officer of BS-21, assumed the charge of the post of Chief Commissioner-IR, Regional Tax Office, Sargodha, on August 24, 2015.

The officer, pursing the Board’s Notification No. 1869-IR-I/2015 dated 21.08.2015, relinquished the charge of the post of Director General, Federal Board of Revenue (HQ), Islamabad with effect from August 21, 2015.

Meanwhile, Dr Shafquat Hussain Kehar, (IRS/BS-19), assumed the charge of the post of Commissioner-IR/OPS (Zone-I), Large Taxpayers Unit, Karachi.

The officer, in pursuance of Board’s Notification No. 1869-IR-I/2015 dated 20.08.2015, relinquished the charge of the post of Commissioner-IR (OPS) (Appeals-IV), Karachi on August 21, 2015.
