Customs deploys three inspectors as vigilance officers

ISLAMABAD: The Model Customs Collectorate Islamabad has deployed three more inspectors of the collectorate as duty/vigilance officers in the field, says an order issued by Deputy Collector headquarters Yawar Nawaz.

According to the notification, three inspectors, Saeed Ahmed, Asif Nazir and Maqsood Qureshi, have been deployed at Preventive division, Islamabad dry port and Benazir Bhutto International Airport Islamabad as duty/vigilance officers. These officers will work in different shifts, while they could not enjoy any holiday during this job.

Moreover, they shall perform their duty in proper uniform, while they shall not precede any kind of leave except when his substitute is available, the office order added.

These inspectors will perform their duties in two shifts the shift (i) timing is 8:00 am to 8:00 pm while the shift (ii) timing is from 8:00 pm to morning 8:00 am.
