NEW DELHI: WhatsApp has rolled out another update to their instant messaging app, this one with a bunch of new Emojis and new feature or two.

Version 2.12.250 introduces a Vulcan Emoji greeting for Trekkies, as well as giving you the chance to flip someone the bird, and all in various skin tone options too. There’s also a new “Mark as Unread” feature, that allows you to, just like you can in Gmail, mark a chat as unread so you can remember to get back to it later. Conversely, you can also mark a chat as read from the main chat menu, in case you can’t be bothered spending time on it but also doesn’t want that pesky notification bothering you.
