Trading of Vohra Co at KSE to remain suspended for 60 days

KARACHI: Trading in shares of Javed Omer Vohra and Company at the Karachi Stock Exchange would remain suspended for 60 days from Friday.

According to Notice No. KSE/N-5131 dated October 15 issued by GM and Chief Compliance Officer Karachi Stock Exchange Abbas Mirza, the decision to suspend trading in the shares of the company has been taken because the company has not so far removed the causes of suspension of trading in its shares despite issuance of several notices the last of which was notified by the KSE vide Notice No. KSE/N-4020 dated August 15, 2014.

The KSE’s notice issued on October 15 read that trading in the shares of Javed Omer Vohra and Company Limited will remain suspended until the cause(s) of suspension are rectified or another period of 60 days effective October 17.
