Excise issues notices to property owners for payment of taxes

MULTAN: The Excise and Taxation Department Multan Division issued 30,000 property tax notices to owners of the property here.

According to details, the Excise and Taxation Multan Division property department issued property tax notices for the collection of taxes. The divisional directors and other officials of the Excise and Taxation Department initiated the practice to issue property tax notices to homeowners within Multan City.

Excise and Taxation Department Multan Division issued property tax notices for the collection of on-going fiscal year, 2015-16.

Excise and Taxation issued almost 90,000 property tax notices during the last week to owners for the payment of their taxes.

Excise and Taxation Department issued 30,000 property tax notices during this week to the owners in Multan for payment of their property tax. As many as 120,000 property tax notices issued to the owners of property taxes so far  for the recovery of their taxes for the fiscal year 2015-16.

The Excise and Taxation Department collected handsome revenue from collection of property taxes every year and it is one of the main components for generation of revenue for department.
