Adm. Bashir bin Mofleh Balawi, commander of the Border Guards in Furasan, said the maritime border is not free of Yemeni refugees who are trying to escape from the war in their country, but they are treated in accordance with rules and regulations, and the security situation along the sea border is stable.

He said fishermen have been working daily since the start of Decisive Storm, and did not encounter any challenges or fear sailing in territorial waters.

Border Guards are on a constant state of alert, and work around the clock to protect the borders of the homeland, he said.
