MULTAN: Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich will deliver lectures to the officers of BS-19 and BS-20 in the National Management College.
Collector Sarfraz Ahmad Warraich will deliver lectures on the topic of ‘fake and flying Invoices’ on Friday (today) and Saturday (tomorrow) at the National Management College to the officers from all over Pakistan.
The aim of the lectures at the National Management Course is to enable senior officers of the federal and provincial civil services, friendly countries (allied participants) and senior executives from the private sector to understand factors bearing on formulation and implementation of public policy, with a view to preparing them for assignments at national policy level.
Collector Sarfraz Warriach will elaborate the officers about the ways and means in order to eradicate giving over government cheque book to sales tax registered person with the authority to issue as many cheques in the shape of fake or flying invoices which causes loss to government exchequer without effective check and balance., These lectures and training workshops groom the junior officers for the future in order to tackle severe issues.
These lectures will enable these officers to provide inputs for formulating and implementing viable and pragmatic economic policies to meet challenges of growth and development.
