SIALKOT: The Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) raided two workshops in Noorpura-Hajipura and Eimanabad Road areas and seized as many as 48 kg of fine quality heroin (worth Rs 780 million).
According to the ANF senior officials, they also arrested two drug traffickers Sarfaraz, a resident of Pakka Garha-Sialkot, and Zahid Mehmood, a resident of village Jaspal-Sialkot. The ANF officials said that the accused were members of an international gang and were running the illegal business under the guise of the workshops.
The ANF has sent the accused behind the bars after registering a case against them. Further investigations were underway, in this regard.
