ISLAMABAD: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has decided to introduce E-Enrollment system for the taxpayers of all categories.
According to sources, FBR has decided to amend Income Tax Rules 2002 for introducing E-Enrollment system for companies, individuals and associations.
Sources told Customs Today that FBR has sent a draft to the bodies concerned and asked their suggestions and objections for the amendment in Income Tax Rules 2002 within 10 days.
Sources said that FBR declared CNIC number as insufficient for the submission of Income Tax returns. Therefore, FBR has decided to introduce electronically enrollment and registration system for all categories.
