PM Nawaz felicitates IT Ministry on winning seat in Int’l telecom council

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif Tuesday congratulated the Ministry of Information Technology for winning the seat in Administrative Council of the International Telecommunication Union in South Korea.

Pakistan got 101 votes out of a total of 168 in the plenipotentiary conference held in the city of Busan. The election victory has secured Pakistan a position in the administrative, management and policy making body of the telecommunication agency. Nawaz Sharif has congratulated the Ministry of Information Technology on winning the seat in this regard.
