FAISALABAD: Commissioner Regional Tax office -II (RTO-II) Malik Afzal has decided to send a show-cause notice to New Shahid Chemical Industry for the recovery of Rs 9 million sales-tax.
Earlier, the RTO-II  sent a show-cause notice to New Shahid Chemical and industry but the Shahid Chemical industry did not reply.
Now the RTO-II has decided to send the notice again and will give a grace period 30 days to submit their reply. Otherwise the RTO-II will take stern action against New Shahid Chemical Industry.
