Two men have been arrested after police seized suspected drugs worth an estimated £30,000 and thousands of pounds in cash from a city centre property.
Officer carried out a routine stop check on a vehicle in Staddon Terrace Lane.
As a result officers carried out the search of a property in the same road and a quantity of suspected Class A drugs was discovered. Initial estimates by police suggested it could be worth around £30,000 if it was confirmed as heroin.
Information at this property led officers to another address in Meadfoot Terrace, Mannamead where officers found a further quantity of suspected heroin, worth an estimated £10,000 and what was believed to be crack cocaine, with a possible street value of around £3,000.
After searches of the two properties and the vehicle, police said they seized a large quantity of cash, said to be in excess of £10,000.
