JAKARTA: Publicly listed property developer PT Bumi Serpong Damai (BSD) had secured Rp 4.6 trillion (US$339.9 million) in marketing sales as of the end of September this year, 62 percent of its Rp 7.5 trillion target for this year.
BSD director Hermawan Wijaya said residential property demand had become the primary contribution to BSD sales.
“We will launch a new product in the fourth quarter to boost additional sales of Rp 2.9 trillion and meet our year-end target of Rp 7.5 trillion,” he noted in a press statement received by Kontan.co.id on Monday.
Residential sales account for 67 percent of BSD’s marketing sales.
